What do you need?

Answer these 8 questions and we will turn the answers into a cleaner production brief for the studio team.

1. What are we making?

Pick the closest media or deliverable. If it spans several pieces, choose the multi-piece option.

2. Where will it live?

This tells the studio what specs matter most: dimensions, resolution, readability, or production prep.

3. What should this project accomplish?

Focus on the outcome, not just the artifact. What should happen after someone sees it?

4. Who needs to notice it?

A vague audience makes vague design. Give the clearest real audience you can.

5. What information must be included?

This is the non-negotiable content list. If something must appear, name it here.

6. What source material do you already have?

The answer changes timeline and scope immediately, so it is one of the highest-value questions in the brief.

7. What should it feel like visually?

If you have examples in mind, mention them in the last question so the studio sees the visual target faster.

8. How fixed is the deadline?

You will still choose a tentative date on the next step. This helps us prioritize our production queue.

Optional: Anything else we should know?

Use this for approving contact names, special constraints, links, inspirations, or anything the studio should know up front.
